Stain Removal

Stain removal is not guaranteed. Results depend on the fabric type, the age of the stain, and whether the garment has had any prior treatment before it reaches us.

Trimmings & Decorative Items

We are not responsible for damage to attached buckles, beads, buttons, belts, sequins, trim, or other decorative elements during cleaning or alteration service.

Fabric & Color Disclaimer

Garments are processed according to their care labels, but we cannot guarantee against color loss, shrinkage, or damage caused by weak, aged, delicate, or unstable fabrics.

Order Inspection

Customers must inspect all items before leaving the shop. Once an item leaves the premises, we are not responsible for later claims about the result, condition, or missing issues.

Unclaimed Garments

Garments left more than 30 days after they are ready may no longer be the shop’s responsibility. After that period, the shop is not responsible for the garment.

Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged, it is handled through store credit, not cash, based on a fair evaluation of the item and the circumstances.

Payment Policy

Payment is required before alteration work begins. Pricing is confirmed after the garment is evaluated in person.
